The best of ag careers and the latest technology were on show at the second annul Fleurieu AgFest at Yankalilla.
With stalls on agtech, livestock and much more on display, students from schools across the Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island got the chance to learn more about what was on offer for agricultural careers.
There was also a packed program of speakers, including keynote speaker The Gourmet Farmer's Matthew Evans, who attracted a big crowd for his talk.
The reality of seasonal forecasts and how they might be applied on farm was also discussed, while some tasty steak and lamb was on offer as part of a meat quality masterclass and tasting, with produce supplied by four local breeders - Bimbadeen Hills, Burnfoot Pastoral Co, Heisker Wagyu and Gum Park Beef.
Students also got to sit in on a career panel, which had representatives from a range of careers including council and dairy.
