The Stepping Into Leadership graduation and networking event was held in Adelaide on Tuesday night, which celebrated 15 women from across SA's agricultural and rural communities who completed the 2018-2019 program.
Graduates reflected on their experience in the program, and past participants spoke about their journeys since completing the Stepping Into Leadership program.
The program kicked off in September 2018 and ran for nine months, with participants being involved in a leadership workshop, one-on-one coaching sessions and various discussion groups to develop their skills and reach their potential as community leaders.
Participants were paired with mentors in the program who were in similar career fields.
The program gives them a space where they can flourish.

WoTL chair Sharon Honner said the program attracted a diverse group of impressive women from a broad range of industries.
"When (the participants) come together they realise they're united in the challenges they face," she said.
"The women bring the content, they already bring so much wisdom and haven't even realised it yet, and the program gives them a space where they can flourish."
