The local community and farming families from near and far flocked to the second day of the 2024 Broken Hill Agfair today.
More than 100 exhibitors showed their wares to visitors from outback NSW, Vic and SA.
Machinery dealers, electronics providers, private schools, clothing sellers and industrial suppliers were among the exhibitors.
There was also a considerable increase in sheep and cattle studs that made the trip to Broken Hill for this Agfair edition, with Merino, Dohne and Dorper breeders, and Santa Gertrudis, Poll Hereford and Murray Grey breeders showing a selection of their best rams and bulls to existing and prospective clients.
In a contrast to the first day, showers of rain and overcast weather saw many people exploring the undercover pavilions and business displays.
Helicopter and camel rides, cooking displays, and a variety of kids entertainment kept families entertained families and ensured there was a buzzing atmosphere.
Stock Journal was in attendance for both days and captured some of the action.
