At the Mount Gambier saleyards a line of 106 September-October drop Angus and Angus-cross steers and heifers, topped out at $605 or $2.15/kg for a pen of 285-kilogram steers.
Up on the rails heifers made an average of $473 at Naracoorte and steers hit $665 with a yarding of 351 head.
