MOORUNDIE Park equaled it top price record for an on-property sale last Friday with Lot 3 knocked down to Mulloorie stud, Brinkworth for $16,000 - the same top price paid in 2016.
It also achieved full clearance of 180 rams for an average $2465.
The ram, Tag T85, was 16-months old with a bodyweight of 121 kilograms, 44.4 millimetre eye muscle depth and 5.3mm fat.
It had a 21.5 micron fleece with 3.7 standard deviation, 17.2 coefficient variation and 99.1 per cent comfort factor.

"Our Adelaide Show champion fine wool Poll Merino August-shorn ram was sired by Moorundie Park A 215, so we were keen to add this family to our program," he said.
Moorundie Park principal Tom Davidson described the ram as having a gutsy ram breeding wool, square body, very pure well covered, good on its feet and was DNA tested a double copy PP poll gene carrier. Moorundie Park will use T 85 in its AI program.
T 85 was sired by MP A203, which sold to the Walwa stud in 2020.
A203 had many sons in the catalogue including the second top price Lot 1 ram, tag T50, selling for $8000 via Auctionsplus to Jeff Brennan, Mocardy stud, Wongan Hills, WA.
T50 wool tests were 21.2.M, 2.9SD, 13.5CV and 99.8CF. Mocardy stud also secured Lot 10, tag EM 11 for $5200.
Underbidder on the top price ram was Mark Hoffrichter, Marramville stud, Ceduna, who bought Lot 6, tag T 5 for $4500, also sired by MP A203.
Craig and Lynda Farrow, Babirra stud, Stansbury, bought Lot 4 for $550 - tag EM 142, sired by EM 145.

"We like their size, white wool, (they are) big wool cutters and are dual-purpose with plenty of carcase and EMD," he said.
"They do well in our 300 to 400mm rainfall country and our pastoral country at Whyalla."

Auctioneering duties were shared by Tony Wetherall and Damien Webb of Elders.
Tony Wetherall described the Moorundie Park offering as a terrific lineup of big dual purpose rams with carcase and plenty of wool and hardly a ram under 40mm EMD.
"It was a terrific lineup of stud and top end sought after genetics with strong competition on the better types from return and new clients," he said.
Mr Davidson said it was a good solid sale and long-term clients were able to fill their orders and well as new buyers active.
"We will have increased data and genomics testing going forward with our breeding objectives to remain the same," he said.
