Today marks the orientation day for Adelaide University Waite Campus first year students commencing Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences, Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science, and Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology.
The orientation was an opportunity for new students to connect with peers, mentors and academics in person.

The experience also allowed first time students to settle into university life before their study commenced and allowed them to discover the full range of services on offer to support them through their upcoming university journey.
First year Bachelor of Agricultural Science student Elliott Goody, Edithburgh, said he liked how agriculture was always changing.
"There is always growth in ag," he said.
"I have been on farms though I am not from a farm but my uncle is an agronomist and I really enjoy what he does."
Another first year student Olivia Atze, Sedan said o'week provided her with the feel of University.
"It was good being around lots of different people and discovering fun opportunities," she said.
"It also helped to calm any nerves about the academics of university starting soon."
