GRAIN loads into the Viterra network have slowed right down, with only 75,000t delivered last week, taking the company's total receivals to 5.65 million tonnes.
This is dramatically down from the 680,000t received the previous week.
It has prompted the grain handler to advise growers that deliveries into the network would now be available by appointment.
Viterra operations manager Michael Hill said growers would need to make arrangements through the regional office.
"With the 2021-22 harvest drawing to a close, Viterra will continue to provide delivery options for growers delivering grain remaining on-farm," he said.

The eastern region, which includes Inner Harbour and Vic sites, delivered the most for the week at 29,836t; the central region had 24,178t; and the western region delivered 22,721t.
The majority of deliveries were wheat, followed by faba beans and barley.
Mr Hill said grain delivered to a Viterra site from February 1 would be received under the post-harvest delivery procedure.
