IT is less than three months until the Royal Adelaide Show, and organisers are reminding potential exhibitors that closing dates for the various competitions are fast approaching.
Stock Journal is so excited to see the event back on the calendar (September 4-12) and going ahead, hopefully we can keep the ever-threatening coronavirus away.
The beef cattle and led steer section is next up, with entries closing on June 18 - eight days away!
Dairy and pig entries then close July 2, while sheep and wool entries close on July 9.
While the grains section closing date has officially passed, which includes the inaugural junior grain and hay sample competition, organisers say they are reasonably flexible due to seeding and COVID-19, and would receive late entries for another week.
