Victoria has recorded no new COVID-19 cases in the 24-hours to midnight.

South Australian authorities are finalising arrangements to lift the state's remaining coronavirus travel restrictions from Friday.
SA's transition committee is due to meet on Wednesday to consider the existing travel ban on people coming from Greater Melbourne.
The committee was originally due to meet on Tuesday, but decided on a delay to gather final information in regard to the type of testing regime that may remain in place.
Under existing arrangements, people coming from Melbourne are not permitted to enter SA.
