Put on your judging hat and view the Steer Showdown entries

When submitted for judging, all identifying information, such as steer name and exhibitor, was removed to ensure an even playing field.

Exhibitors were asked to submit front, back, and side-on views of the steer, along with footage of the steer walking. The videos were then compiled from this footage and a still photograph by the Stock Journal team to produce the final entry.

Along with the valuable skills and introduction to digital marketing gained by the exhibitors, we hope that these videos also give you, the viewer and prospective judges, a glimpse into what may well become standard practice in the future.
