Ray White Rural South Australia is pleased to present Gregors for sale by expressions of interest.

Gregors is located in the mallee region of South Australia, approximately 3.5km north-west of the Parilla township, 23km east of Lameroo, 25km west of Pinnaroo and approximately 220km from Adelaide.

The 271.1 hectare property is mostly arable land suited to both cropping and grazing.

The nearby township of Lameroo is a strong rural community with very good educational and sporting facilities, health, medical and shopping, in addition to agricultural service businesses.

The property has a current lease agreement in place until February 15, 2023, offering the new owners the opportunity of a secure return on an agricultural investment.

Ray White Rural SA director, Daniel Schell said Gregors provides a great opportunity for astute investors to invest in agricultural land in this well established farming region.

"The property is well located and has good access to grain terminals, livestock markets and also major livestock processing facilities at Murray Bridge," he said.

"With strong commodity prices and historically low interest rates, the demand for SA agricultural land has never been stronger.

"The higher priced agricultural regions of SA are providing fewer opportunities for expansion of farming operations, and astute operators are looking to the Mallee region for flexibility and value to expand."

The Mallee region offers flexibility with crop and livestock production and is ideally suited to mixed farming operations.

In addition to high quality grain production, the region is also highly regarded for its first-cross ewe enterprises and early maturing quality prime lamb production.

Gregors offers security and surety in the short term with a respected long-term lease.

There is further flexibility in the long term to continue the investment or take over the farming operations of the property.

Expressions of Interest close 1pm, Wednesday, March 4.
