SA croppers will have the opportunity to attend free GRDC pre-sowing dry-time regional forums held at the beginning of February, aiming to help growers learn more about soil nutrition and management.
Attendees will hear from leading researchers on pre-sowing planning, soil nutrition, nutrition of eroded paddocks, managing herbicides, crop selection to sow following erosion, sheep feeding strategies, budgeting, and accessing and utilising government services.
A variety of speakers will present at the forums, including Sean Mason from Agronomy Solutions, Chris Preston, University of Adelaide, P2P Agris' Mike Krause, Nutrien Ag Solutions' Daniel Schupann, and Rural Solutions SAs' Mary-Anne Young, and many more.
