Local grain and sheep producers Matt and Rhianna Foster have listed three parcels of land near Mount Damper and Wudinna on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula for sale.
The properties - Mount Damper West, Mount Damper Home and Tara - have a total area of 2,231ha and offer a mix of continuous cropping and grazing land across three Freehold Certificates of Title.
CBRE Agribusiness' Phil Schell and Angus Bills have been appointed to sell the properties, available in one line or as three separate assets and are expected to draw competitive interest.
"We expect interest from neighbouring landowners, buyers from the Southern Eyre seeking diversity for livestock and cropping and lower to mid-north farmers upsizing their operations and diversifying their assets," Mr Schell said.
The portfolio's current crops include Chief wheat at Tara (440ha) and Spartacus barley on the Mount Damper properties.
The medic pasture on Mount Damper West (1,317ha) has been spray-topped to benefit 2020s cereal crops.
Tara is situated 7km west of Wudinna and 156km north of Cummins.
It has an average annual rainfall of 326mm with soils comprised predominately of sandy loams on clay.
Mount Damper West and Mount Damper Home present well-balanced mixed-farming, while Tara is ideally suited to continuous cropping.

Improvements to Tara include an accommodation shed with four bedrooms, family room, bathroom and machinery shed.
The Mount Damper Home (472ha) improvements include a dwelling and a three-stand shearing shed, which has sheep yards and implement sheds.
The portfolio is for sale by expressions of interest, closing Thursday, November 7, at 4pm.
