LAMBS sold to either side of firm, depending on freshness and quality, at Ouyen Livestock Exchange in Vic today.
Crossbred sucker lambs sold to $260 for P&B O'Brien, Speed, Vic, for 155 head, while another 123 made $228.
Overall, 6793 lambs and 2611 mutton, totaling 9454 head, were yarded.
Export sucker lambs sold from $194 to the $260 top, or $7.60 a kilogram to $8.60kg.
Trade types made $150-$218 or $7.70-$8.80kg, while store lambs sold between $107-$167 or $7.80-$8.60kg.
Brady Farms, Nandaly, sold 49 crossbred sucker lambs at $252 and another 27 at $218.
B&T Jolly, Speed, sold 22 crossbred sucker lambs at $237, while A&L Jackson, Patchewollock, Vic, sold 78 at $236.

Light Merinos sold from $110-$116 or $7.40-$7.60kg, while Halls Farms, Mittyack, sold 98 Merino ewes at $180.
Mutton was up to $25 dearer. Heavies sold from $166-$207 or $5-$6.30/kg, while lighter types made $76-$163 or $5.30-$6.30kg.
J&R Morrish, Tiega, Vic, sold the top mutton - 174 at $207, while G&P Burns, Tempy, sold 28 at $204.
AJ, FJ&NR Hulland, Patchewollock, sold 175 Dorper sucker lambs at $190, who also sold 112 crossbred sucker lambs at $225.
M&C Heintze, Murrayville, Vic, sold 41 Dorper sucker lambs at $168, while Serenity Holdings, Meringur, Vic, sold 34 at $158.
