IT WAS an all-family affair for the Spence family, Keith, in the Royal Adelaide Show led steer section, claiming three of the broadribbons in the on-hoof judging on Sunday.
Zanna Spence won champion light domestic steer, Thomas Spence claimed champion heavy domestic steer and their father Jono Spence had the reserve champion heavy domestic steer.
Last year, Zanna won heavy domestic champion and overall grand champion, while Thomas was reserve champion. In 2017, Thomas won grand champion and heavy domestic steer.
Mr Spence said they always used Mandayen Limousins, targeting the middle and lightweight market.

"You've got to love (the steers) and live with them, just about," he said. "It's a pretty happy Father's Day."
Grand champion went to Glental Partnership, Mallala, with its export weight Simmental, Glental Jacko.
This year, there were 145 steers from 48 exhibitors - down from 201 steers and 78 exhibitors last year.
