A Victorian parliamentary e-petition has been launched to urge the government to shut down the Aussie Farms website and revoke its charitable status.
The petition was launched by Gippy Goat Cafe owner John Gommans, whose Yarragon business was listed on the site and has since been victim of activist trespassing and theft.
Animal activist Cara Garrett was recently handed a $1 fine for breaking biosecurity laws and another $1 fine for housing livestock without an identification code, after the theft of three goats and a lamb from Mr Gommans' business.
Ms Garrett was also placed on a six-month good behaviour bond, without conviction, on a theft charge, and ordered to pay $250 compensation.
Two accomplices to the crime were also found guilty of theft and were placed on six-month good behaviour bonds.

Mr Gommans had previously said "no doubt activist groups are feeling empowered by this outcome", and launched the petition on Wednesday to address "the urgent need for protection of law abiding farmers from animal activists".
The petition addresses concerns around breaches in farm biosecurity, livestock theft, trespass and damage on Victorian farms as a result of activism.
Eastern Victorian Nationals MP Melina Bath has sponsored the petition, and said the reaction in the first 24 hours had been "outstanding".
"I am delighted with the support and passion our community has demonstrated for our farmers; it is clear that the petition has resonated with the public," Ms Bath said.
"This petition will send a clear message to the Andrews Labor Government to support our farmers and protect their right to farm."
Ms Bath also moved a motion in Victorian State Parliament this week to press the Labor Government to establish an inquiry into state laws to better protect farmers from animal activism, trespass and livestock theft.
She said current legislation was insufficient.
"We are seeking legislative change so activists who break the law on law abiding Victorian farms are suitably penalised," she said.
"Our farmers must be able to work without harassment, intimidation or theft."
