Located just 25kms south east of Burra and adjacent the Goyder Highway, Coonibar is ideally located with excellent access for transport and within easy access to livestock markets while just 160kms from Adelaide.
Mr Schell says Coonibar comprises primarily flat to gently undulating grazing areas with a healthy mix of Salt Bush, Blue Bush, Spear Grass, Bindii and natural clovers and grasses.
There are timbered areas located on the southern portion of the property providing stock shelter.

Coonibar is well fenced into two main paddocks, being each side of the highway.
The property has three dams. The main dam, which is shared with an adjoining neighbour, is equipped with a solar pump which feeds four concrete troughs.
With sheep and wool providing very strong returns and a positive outlook, Coonibar would be an ideal addition to an inside farming operation or a great easily managed smaller grazing enterprise

Mr Schell says Coonibar has been held in the same family for over 45 years and has been well managed with a conservative stock management history and provides a productive parcel of pastoral country.
