Sometime between June 22 and July 2, thieves have stolen 48 bales of wool from a shed on a property at Homestead Road.

Each bale weighs 190kg and is stamped with "DF & JK Head" Brand No. 701246  AAAM (wool class) Landmark in black.

Thieves would have required a truck to remove the bales, which are valued at about $100,000.

Anyone who has any information about this theft or who may have been approached to buy wool outside of normal practices, is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at crimestopperssa.com.au
