In a SA first, Landmark’s run of 900 steers and 500 heifers was interfaced with AuctionsPlus.
Live audio streaming created the atmosphere of being at the auction.
Sixty-five bidders logged on for the steers, with bidding activity from SA, Vic and Tas and 2200 hits on the catalogue. The heifer catalogue had 1300 hits with 50 bidders logging on.
One pen of heifers sold to Tas through AuctionsPlus.

“Technology is making it a small world,” he said.
