MURRAY BRIDGE
Yarding: 1000
Crossbred lambs to $125
Wether lambs to $80
IT was almost a case of more people than sheep at the Murray Bridge prime lamb sale on Monday.
With most of the region’s new season sucker lambs already sold off, numbers were hard to come by, with a yarding of about 1000.
Elders Murray Bridge’s Phil Nagel said supply was very tight.
The trade was strong, and store buyers, particularly from the South East, were very strong.
