WYE Corriedale stud principals Tony and Jan Hunt staged an outstanding final departure from showing at Royal Adelaide, collecting champion ram and ewe and reserve champion ewe ribbons.
The Hunts also won the group of three rams and two ewes, the breeders' group, the sire's progeny group and the shorn breeders' group.
The last of Wye's 2013-drop ewes will be dispersed, through AuctionsPlus, on October 7.
The Mount Gambier stud started in 1974 and the Hunts have been showing Corriedales at Royal Adelaide since 1992. They have also been regular exhibitors at the Mount Gambier Show, and have also shown at the Sydney Royal.
"This is a really great way to go out (from Royal Adelaide), it's a real thrill," Mr Hunt said.
Mrs Hunt said the results were beyond her expectations.
The couple's champion ram came from the ram under 1.5 years - fairly and evenly machine shorn - class.
He weighed 94.5 kilograms and had 7-millimetre fat score and 41mm eye muscle depth.
Judge Tony Manchester, Roseville Corriedale stud, Kingsvale, NSW, described himself as a "real meat and wool man" - and the ram had all the attributes he was after.
"He's got my sort of wool, lovely and soft," Mr Manchester said.
"He also stands well and is a fairly perfect ram."
The Hunts' champion ewe and reserve champion ewe both came from the ewe under 1.5 years - machine shorn - class.
Their champion ewe weighed 79kg, with 11mm fat score and 40mm EMD.
