WHILE Walmona stud may not need any extra help in the judging ring - it won most successful beef cattle exhibitor at the Royal Adelaide Show this week - the youngest member of the Doering clan, Daniel, has his own method of getting a good result.

Daniel adopted the ruse after the 2013 event, when his heifer was placed fourth by a Qld judge.
Since last years' show, he has paraded cattle in four competitions and really believes the wink gives him a bit of an edge.
The Doerings, from Truro, exhibited 11 head at the show and also won supreme Santa Gertrudis exhibit, junior champion female, senior champion female and senior champion bull.
