AT the Ouyen, Vic, Livestock Exchange on Thursday, lamb values held firm to $5 dearer, while mutton prices were firm to $10 cheaper.
Overall, 4860 lambs and 722 mutton were offered, totalling 5582.
Export crossbred lambs sold from $190 to $240, or $7-$7.50/kg, with the top price going to KS&LN Nulty, Carwarp,Vic, for 48 head.
RH&BJ Henschhke, Pirlta, Vic, sold 88 crossbred lambs at $239 and another 32 at $227.
WAYMEL, Ouyen, sold 60 crossbred lambs at $236, while Kulwin Ag, Kulwin, Vic, sold 36 also at $236.
W Schultz, Mittyack, Vic, sold 18 crossbred lambs at $234, while T Crook, Kulwin, sold 44 also at $234.
Trade lambs sold from $130-$205 or $7.40-$8/kg.

Heavy Merino lambs sold from $183-$237 ($6.70-$7.40/kg), while lighter types made $78-$164.
J Hahnel Nominees, Timberoo, Vic, sold 57 Merinos at $237, while PD&LM Symonds, Loxton, sold 26 at $226.
Heavy mutton sold from $174-$194 ($6/kg), while light mutton made $120-$160 ($6/kg).
Gregurke Partners, Lameroo, sold 36 mutton at $194, while W&S Stirrat, Curlwaa, NSW, sold 20 at $190.
A number of Dorper lambs were also offered, topping at $213 for 27 from Alex McLeod, Coombah, NSW.
AR&FS McLeod, Coombah, sold 44 at $212, while Manfred Station, Ivanhoe, NSW, sold 60 at $203.
The next Ouyen sale will be held on July 7.
