AGFAIR Broken Hill returned this week, with crowd numbers soaring to unprecedented heights.
Back again after a four year hiatus due to the pandemic, event chair Kevin Taylor said the event was one of the best on record, with crowds spilling out onto the racetrack on day two.

Despite heavy rains greening up the city before the event, the sun was was shining through both day one and two.
Throughout day two patrons were treated to events such as cooking classes by Justine Schofield and the Elders sheep counting competition, while other activities like helicopter joy flights, camel rides and a petting zoo were also on offer.
Mr Taylor said despite some last minute cancellations due to COVID, the grounds were filled with almost 300 exhibitors over the two day event.
