PRICES at Mount Pleasant lifted on the previous sale for both crossbred lambs and steers on Thursday.
Overall, 825 sheep and 113 cattle were yarded.
Kicking off the sale, 24 crossbred lambs from NT&PF Hall, Angas Valley, made the sale-high of $226, while their second pen of nine made $206.
The sale's second pen of 27 crossbred lambs from Hearnden Farm, Keyneton, made $210, while a pen of 11 from Barolo Family Trust, Monarto, made $208.
Wethers sold to $140 for two from Jotars stud, Forreston, while WR&MJ Bowing, Mannum, sold four at $135.
Hoggets sold to $120 for two from EH Materne, Greenock; one from GB&J Gale, Tintinara; and three from WD&MR Engler, Carey Gully.
Ewes reached $170 for three from M Smart, while rams sold to $142 for one from DB&HP Wright, Macclesfield, who sold another two at $140.

In the cattle shed, steers were pushed to $2920 for an Angus steer from PL&LD Moore, Mount Pleasant, who also sold a Murray Grey steer at the same price.
Next best went to AG&BA Loffler, Mannum, who sold a Murray Grey steer at $2560, who also sold the two sale-top price Angus-Hereford heifers at $2020.
KH Rattei, Springton, sold a black baldy steer at $2500, a Murray Grey steer at $2420, and another Murray Grey at $2300.
Mountside Nominees, Charleston, sold a Hereford heifer at $1920, and another at $1880, while RD Rositano, Mount Pleasant, sold one at $1580.
Cows sold to $2240 for two Angus from Musolino Farms, Virginia, and one from RD Fuller, Eden Valley, while only one Angus cow and calf unit was offered at the sale, from B Ames, Springton, which made $2200.
The next Mount Pleasant sale will be held on June 9.
