
A man has been arrested following an investigation into a fatal crash on Kangaroo Island.
Just before 7.30pm on Wednesday, police were called to the Playford Highway near Bark Hut Road at Kohinoor, after reports a Mitsubishi van had crashed and rolled.

The driver and sole occupant, a 79-year-old man from Parndana, died at the scene.
Major Crash officers attended the scene to investigate the incident.
They found the Mitsubishi van had swerved to avoid a tractor that was allegedly being driven without lights on Bark Hut Road.
Yesterday, Major Crash officers arrested a 49-year-old Kangaroo Island man and charged him with causing death by dangerous driving and aggravated driving without due care.
He was bailed to appear in the Kingscote Magistrates Court on May 16.
Investigators are seeking information from anyone who may have seen a large tractor being driven on Hog Bay Road, Penneshaw, or the Playford Highway towards Parndana between about 6pm and 7.20pm on Wednesday, April 20.

The man's death is the 24th life lost on South Australian roads, compared with 37 at this time last year.
