THERE was plenty to celebrate this Easter, with COVID-19 restrictions easing and annual events back in play for the long weekend.
Punters from across SA and interstate converged on the Clare Valley Racing Club Saturday for the Clare Valley Easter Races for a 29 degree day in the perfect end to the summer racing season.

Revellers also attended Oakbank Racing Club for its race days on Saturday and Monday, while those in the state's South East headed to the Penola Racing Club on Sunday to join in the festivities.
The temperature was not the only thing heating up trackside at Clare, with racing hotly contested at the track and an upset in the final race.
Nerrivik, Lord Varys, Field Hunter, Make It A Double, City Beats and Dustin Dhahran took home the chocolates in their respective races, with Kissable Eight defeating "best of the day" Geandge in the final race of the meet.
Meanwhile, the most fashion-forward eventgoers strutted their stuff on the catwalk during the meet's Fashions on the Field competition.
Georgetown's Paige Hodgson was crowned the fashion event's overall winner, donning a floral two piece crop top and skirt with a cream wide-brimmed hat for the event.
Racing at Clare Valley will finish up for the season, with racegoers urged to head trackside in November for the Clare Cup.
