THE state's biggest farmers' market is on the hunt for fresh talent, with a particular call out for SA farmers producing free-range, organic, and sustainable products direct from the land.
The Adelaide Showground Farmers' Market is looking for new growers to join the busy Sunday event according to executive officer Christine Robertson who said there was an increasing demand in the city for, fresh food and value-added products.
The ASFM was also announced as the winner of the Service Provider Award at the SA Premiers Food and Beverage Awards 2021.

"We are very proud to win this award, as it recognizes our contribution to the SA community during the COVID-19 lockdowns and we pride ourselves on supporting emerging businesses and growers," Ms Robertson said.
"It's important to connect consumers direct with SA growers especially in recent times.
"As an essential service, we operated every Sunday even throughout the lockdowns."
The market is open every Sunday between 8.30am and 12.30pm.
To be eligible to trade at the market, you must be the person who has grown, reared, caught, harvested, made, or produced the food in SA.
The ASFM is happy to discuss any new and innovative products SA farmers are producing.
