Markets across the state were in full force last month, with strong yardings and solid prices across the board.
Mount Gambier saw its biggest local contingent of buyers since late 2021, while selling returned to the Ouyen, Vic, Livestock Exchange for the first time in 2022.
Although in-person buyer numbers were down at some centres, competition was still there, with high demand from feedlotters and restcokers.
