It has been a big month of livestock markets across SA.
Among the highlights were the Naracoorte first-cross ewe and ewe lamb sales, which set a national record of $538 for a pen of 104, Coolawang-blood 1.5-year-olds from Coolawang Pastoral Company.
But those weren't the only noteworthy moments.
Strathalbyn broke its saleyard record, with prices for steers reaching $8.45 a kilogram.
Mount Pleasant also had record break at its off-shears and first-cross sale, selling to $404.
Among these were a number on on-property and circuit sales at Willalooka, Lucindale and Kingston SE.
Of course, Naracoorte, Jamestown and Mount Gambier yards also get a look in.
Stock Journal's VANESSA BINKS, QUINTON McCALLUM, CLAIRE HARRIS, CATHERINE MILLER, KIARA STACEY, JACQUI BATEMAN and ALISHA FOGDEN captured these photos while out and about.
