NEW season lambs made to $11 a kilogram at the Ouyen Livestock Exchange on Thursday, while trade types also made up to $11/kg.
Overall, 7412 lambs and 2583 mutton were on offer, totalling 9995.
Crossbred lambs were $15 to $25 dearer on the previous sale.
Export crossbred lambs sold from $246-$330, or $8.80-$10kg; trade types made $182-$301 ($9.50-$11/kg); while store lambs made $84-$179.
Biele Pty Ltd, Loxton, sold 81 crossbred lambs at the sale top of $330, as did T&S Monaghan, Tempy, Vic, with 20 at $330.
D&J Jonasson, Cowangie, Vic, sold 21 crossbred lambs at $320, while MUT, Tempy, Vic, sold 42 at $306.
IK&BA McNabb, Carwarp, Vic, sold 56 crossbred lambs at $305, and another 136 at $295.
MJ Lonergan, Ouyen, sold 15 crossbred lambs at $298, while DJ&JM Goldsmith, Yarrara, Vic, sold 27 at $290.
Westbrook Ag, Loxton, sold 46 crossbred hoggets at $280, and another 168 at $278.

Merino lambs were up to $20 dearer, with heavies making from $210-$289 ($8.20-$8.80/kg), while lighter types made $134-$174.
DJ&JM Goldsmith sold 132 Merino lambs at the $289 top, while J&R Scott, Timberoo, Vic, sold 52 at $279.
N&B Templeton, Chinkapook, Vic, sold 111 Merino lambs at $274, while AR, HJ&BR Wait, Jabuk, sold 62 at $271.
Heavy mutton was firm to $20 cheaper, making $175-$248 ($6.50-$7/kg), while light mutton was firm at $136-$188.
DL&JF Dutschke, Karoonda, sold 216 mutton at the $248 top; Long Trail Farms, Parilla, sold 158 at $238; and Keringa, Lameroo, sold 44 at $229.
Dorper lambs were also offered, with C&C Griffiths, Pooncarie, NSW, receiving $257 for 39 head, while MGN Gibbins, Galah, Vic, sold 21 at $255.
