RESIDENTS and landowners impacted by the December 2019 Cudlee Creek fire are invited to a community meeting at the Lobethal Centennial Hall next Tuesday (July 20) at 6pm.
Maddens Lawyers special counsel Brendan Pendergast said the meeting would be hosted by Maddens' expert bushfire compensation team and will provide an important update on the progress of the class action.
"There will be a hearing in the Supreme Court in Adelaide the day prior to the community meeting during which we anticipate timetabling orders will be made," Mr Pendergast said.

"Maddens Lawyers will provide an update on these developments at the community meeting and address any queries impacted property owners may have about the class action process or their claims for compensation.
'We ask that people register their intention to attend the meeting, so we can ensure we comply with COVID-19 capacity limits and safety plans."
