DIFFERENT Merino bloodlines will be on show on Friday, June 25 at an inaugural on-farm field day in the Mid North.
Organiser Paul Kilby, TDC Livestock & Property, said this was a chance to showcase different Merino bloodlines in a commercial setting, on different properties.
"People can compare the different styles of Merinos in a commercial flock," he said.
"That where the income is."
He said there would also be the various studmasters present for people to ask questions and find out more.
The day starts at 9am at a farm at 4198 Thiele Highway Bagot Well, and will travel onto four more farms in the Eudunda regions - at Eudunda, Rocky Plains and Peep Hill.
Lunch will be included at the final stop, while there will also be a talk from PIRSA's Chris Van Dissell on footrot management and prevention.
