LONG LASTING: Heat-treated bevel gear.

Regardless of the material used - from wire to wood or electric - all fences need well-positioned and secure posts to ensure they are effective and long-lasting.

To achieve this, it makes sense to use specialist equipment, such as the Rockmaster post hole digger.

This time-saving piece of equipment is rear-mounted to a range of machines, such as tractors and loaders.

It is manufactured using Australian-made materials by SA's Minlaton Engineering.

This is a family-run business that also offers service, repairs and trade-ins.

The Rockmaster will take most of the physical work out of the fencing project.

It can be maneuvered into the exact spot - close to the target - and makes sure the digger is going into the ground straight.

Minlaton Engineering has a team of experts on-board and its Rockmaster has earned a reputation over many years as a hardy, strongly-built and reliable machine.

Its design incorporates latest technologies and materials.

Quality is paramount to Minlaton Engineering.

The company has teamed-up with Kennewell CNC Machining to ensure most of the Rockmaster parts are now CNC machine cut.

This provides the cleanest cut and highest quality parts in the manufacturing process to produce a reliable and robust machine.

Manufactured in-house, the Minlaton Engineering dual hydraulic rams eliminate all hand operation and ensure that pressure is evenly distributed on the auger heads.

Penetration of the digger is fast, direct and efficient.

Rock drilling augers are fitted with tungsten cutting tips, which can easily be sharpened with silicone carbide stones.

Replacement tips and auger refurbishment are available from the Minlaton Engineering factory to reduce downtime and ensure productivity.

Specialising in equipment for uneven terrain, the Rockmaster side tilt digger has been designed for drilling holes on uneven ground.

The unit is operated from the tractor seat and can be tilted sideways up to 15 degrees to the left or right.

Minlaton Engineering has up to 12 auger sizes available in rock and soil auger heads.

This means the company can provide operators with the right post hole solution to suit the specific fencing project.

And if a fit-for-purpose option is needed, its specialist team can provide modifications to existing equipment or custom-engineer augers to requirements.

Rockmaster post hole diggers are sold across Australia.

Spare parts for most models are available direct from the company, or through local distributors.
