COUNTRY music enthusiasts, it's time to fasten your belt buckles and throw on your hat because CMC Rocks is coming to Rocky for Beef 2021.
CMC Rocks is the largest international country music festival in the southern hemisphere, taking place at Willowbank, but was this year cancelled due to COVID event restrictions.
Instead, Round Up by CMC Rocks on May 6 will be a boot scootin' bonanza for country music fans across the region.
The event is free for Beef Australia attendees with a general admission ticket.
The festival isn't featuring a line-up as such but DJ Grizzly and a super group are expected to play live country music and Aussie classics.
Beef Australia CEO Ian Mill is thrilled to see so many and varied entertainment options on this year's weeklong program.
"It (Beef Australia) is a celebration of everything that is fantastic about the beef industry, and the people of rural and regional Australia," Mr Mill said.
"Our team have put together a stellar line-up of events to satisfy all likes, interests and budgets.
"From Celebrity Chef Dinners, to food trucks serving up Australian beef on ground all week, seminars, property tours, cattle competitions, through to entertainment offerings that include everything from Opera, even a rugby match and a country music concert, we are gearing up for the very best Beef Australia ever."
The one-night event is another highly prized offering on this year's Beef Australia program, with just 35 days until the gates swing open.
