Durum growers from across Southern Australia gathered at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night, to celebrate durum wheat production in SA, to help produce pasta for Australian families.
Hosted by Andrew 'Cosi' Costello, growers, researchers and wider industry leaders came together at San Remo's Gala dinner, to enjoy a look back at the impact the family-owned business and durum production in SA has had on the farming industry.
Well-known durum growers and researchers presented their greatest memories of durum's progression in farming systems as well, with durum production pioneer Leith Cooper discussing its growth across SA.
