DAIRYFARMERS and industry advisers met in Strathalbyn yesterday morning for a chance to hear the latest about the sector's fortunes from DairySA.
Alongside the breakfast was a talk from Dairy Australia senior industry analyst Sofia Omstedt, who shared the latest Situation and Outlook.
This included the situation on global stocks and prices, as well as how the domestic market is faring.
Ms Omstedt said while restaurant service was still down, the retail market had been particularly buoyant - albeit with massive changes to buying habits.
