WITH many of Australia's trade markets somewhat shaken up in recent months, attention has turned to negotiations with two of our oldest trading partners.
The decision by the United Kingdom to leave the European Union has meant there will be changes in our dealings with these two regions.
But for the past few years, the biggest focus of each market has been on the deal between themselves.
With that successfully concluded just prior to Christmas, it is hoped that Australia will be among the next round of negotiations, with red meat and canola among the major focuses.
