THE annual Dairy SA ladies lunch was held at the newly-renovated Lake Breeze winery in Langhorne Creek on Tuesday, where more than 50 women, ranging from dairyfarmers to employees to industry representatives, were in attendance.
The event focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of participants, while Dairy SA communications coordinator Katie Moorhouse said the lunch was also a great opportunity to celebrate the year that was and reflect on the challenges that were overcome.
This year's event featured guest speaker Mandy Curnow - a transformational life coach from Naracoorte - who has a "passion for all things personal growth and development" and provided practical tips on self-care.
