Rural services provider YP AG has joined the Elders network, but not much will change in terms of day-to-day operations.
YP AG, has five stores on the YP, at Curramulka, Kadina, Maitland, Port Broughton and Yorketown, and an NR AG store in Jamestown.
"It will be business as usual for our day to day operations, with only minor administrative differences." YP AG managing director Justin McCormack said.
"This is a great opportunity for YP AG as we believe Elders will be able to provide new opportunities to expand on our already very successful business.
"We are so pleased to be recognised by a leading Australian company.
"They bring over 180 years of experience in regional and rural Australia and we share very strong values and commitment to customer service."
Elders state manager Bernard Seal said the acquisition was an exciting opportunity to grow Elders' SA presence.
"YP AG is a well-respected business and its staff of 38 led by Justin McCormack across (its) existing locations, will continue to operate under their own brand," Mr Seal said.
