Thomas Foods International is ready to ramp up production if needed as other, interstate, meat processors are required to scale back their operations due to the pandemic.
TFI chief executive officer Darren Thomas says the meat processing industry and broader business community need to work together to get through this "critical time".
He said the company was closely monitoring the national situation, which had impacted several interstate processors.
"Our Lobethal and Tamworth, NSW, processing plants operate under strict policies and procedures in line with government health advice.," he said.
"We have capacity and stand ready to assist should farmers and operators interstate be seeking alternative processing arrangements."

Mr Thomas said the company had strict policies and procedures with the health and safety of all site personnel top of mind.
"This includes regular safety briefings for staff to reinforce good hygiene practices at work and at home, as well as providing additional useful information, resources and updates," he said.
"Any worker feeling unwell is expected to stay at home."
