Don't turn on the TV "just to check the news". You'll regret being swallowed into a vortex of channel flicking as other things capture your attention.

It's a trap for new players when working from home, and by the sounds of things, there are plenty of new players in this game.

With COVID-19 prompting tighter restrictions on all areas of life, oodles more people are being forced to turn the third bedroom on the left, the kitchen table or the ironing board into a home office.

As many have discovered over the past fortnight, it's not as easy as it sounds.

With this in mind, ACM has provided a helpful, if not entirely serious, guide for working from home, including tips that might increase efficiency and lessen the stress.
