South Australia will play host to Kuhn Farm Machinery's national expo in March, showcasing the company's lineup of hay, silage, tillage, spraying, spreading and feed mixing machines.
Open to customers and dealers, the full day event will consist of live demonstrations, machinery displays, product workshops and presentations with a number of international experts and Kuhn representatives on
Kuhn Australia marketing manager and baler product specialist Michael Murer said a live demonstration of the long-awaited Kuhn SB 1290 iD large square baler will be a particular draw-card.
Mr Murer said the baler was designed for extreme high-density baling in the most challenging Australian conditions, producing a square bale with up to 25 per cent higher bale density than conventional 120 x 90 balers
"The KUHN SB 1290 iD is designed with simple, efficient techniques like integral rotor and power density that produce rock-hard, perfectly shaped bales," he said.
The Kuhn expo will be held on the 5th of March at Naracoorte SA.
