SOUTH East future shearers have been putting their skills to the test as part of a learners shearing school.
Hosted by Richie Kirkland, Conmurra, the school is an annual event, which draws a crowd of interested learners.
There was a particularly strong contingent from Tantanoola, all set to put their handpieces in action.
This comes as the industry warns good shearer numbers will be required ahead of a potential sheep flock rebuild.
