On the back of highly successful roadshows across rural SA in February and March, attended by nearly 800 people, the next Save Our Mates mental health campaign will set off next week, this time travelling to the Riverland and Mallee areas.
This campaign, called 'Look over the gate - Save a mate', will feature Hope Assistance Local Tradies founder Jeremy Forbes as well as Warren Davies, The Unbreakable Farmer.
Each event will start at 6:30pm, with a free barbecue from 6pm.
- Tailem Bend: October 21, Tailem Bend Town Hall.
- Loxton: October 22, Loxton Football and Sporting Club
- Renmark: October 23, Renmark Rovers Football Club.
- Waikerie: October 24, Waikerie Bowling Club.
- Blanchetown: October 25, Blanchetown Sporting Complex
A second roadshow will be run in November, presented by Lifeback Tracker program founder Anthony Hart, and Roma Aloisi, en.light.en Consultancies.
These sessions will run at the same times and locations, in Tailem Bend on November 11, Loxton on November 12, Renmark on November 13, Waikerie on November 14 and Blanchetown on November 15.
All sessions are free.
