ROEMAHKITA Poll Merino stud achieved a near clearance of its 100-ram offering and posted a new record average of $2748 at Cummins on Tuesday.
There was six new buyers among the 39 registered for the sale.
But it was long-time client CD Watson & Co, Tooligie, that paid the $5800 top price twice.
Both rams were sired by Roemahkita 160101.
Chris Watson said the rams' structure and meat traits appealed, as well as their high quality white, fast growing wool.
"They will suit our breeding objectives really well," he said.
The first ram weighed 108 kilograms with an eye muscle depth of 40.2 millimetres and fat depth of 6.3mm.
Its 20.8-micron fleece had a 3.1 standard deviation, 14.9 coefficient of variation and 99.5 per cent comfort factor.
The second ram was even bigger at 115kg with a 40.3EMD and 6.1mm fat depth, while its 21.6M fleece measured 2.8SD, 13CV and 99.7CF.

Overall, 98 rams from the 100-ram offering sold at a record average of $2748 - $296 more than last year's sale.
Return client Brad Claughton, Claughton Family Trust, Yallunda Flat, was the top volume buyer, with nine rams to $4400, averaging $2933.
Other volume buyers were the Baines Brothers, Cummins, who bought eight rams to $4600, averaging $4025, while GA&DJ Giddings, Tumby Bay, also bought eight rams to $2800, averaging $1850.
New buyers included Toogood Pastoral, Lameroo, with two rams at $3800 each and RJ&BA Edwards, Devon Station, via Broken Hill, NSW, who bought three averaging $1000.
Roemahkita stud principal Joe Dahlitz said the 100 rams stood out for their size, as well as wool quality and density.
This was a joint sale between Elders and Landmark, this year conducted by Landmark Tumby Bay.
