A men's mental health campaign is set to kick off next week, running events and gatherings across the Eyre and Yorke peninsulas.
The wellbeing roadshow, called 'Save Our Mates', will conduct a series of sessions covering various aspects of mental health.
Topics discussed will include how to maintain a positive mindset, how to spot warning signs in others and how to seek help.
The sessions are free and are open to men of all ages.
The first group of roadshows will begin in Maitland on Monday February 18, and then travel to Port Pirie, Port Augusta and Whyalla, before concluding with a final session in Port Lincoln on Friday, February 22.
The sessions will be presented by Lifeback Tracker program founder Anthony Hart, who will be joined by retired professional athlete Joe Williams.
Both men will publicly share their personal battles with mental demons through their lives, and how they bounced back from challenging times.
The second roadshow will be in March and follow a similar route.
It will be presented by Jeremy Forbes, co-founder of 'Hope Assistance Local Tradies', an organisation that advocates for mental health awareness in the trade industry.
