THE bush came to the city today when pastoralists from across the state converged on Adelaide Oval for the 85th annual Yankee Shout.
The Yankee Shout was first celebrated in the 1930s and has developed into a much-loved event, bringing pastoralists and agents, both retired and active, together each year.
Guests came from as far afield as Alice Springs, NT, and Wentworth, NSW.
