Another year of prime lamb and maternal breed sheep judging at the Royal Adelaide Show is done and dusted, so we wanted to take a moment and reflect on all the champions that were sashed at the 2018 show.
Above is a gallery of all the winners in the rings at the sheep judging – including meat, wool, dual purpose and junior judging.
The top gong, interbreed awards were dominated by the White Suffolk and Border Leicesters at the show this year.
While the supreme ram of show sold for a whopping $43,000.
The feature breed this year was the Border Leicesters with some studs travelling from NSW to support the showing.
While there was a first in the Poll Dorset judging when Rod and Brad Davies took out the supreme exhibit.
