Prime SAMMs will also go under the judges’ eye today, while school students from across the state have their moment in the spotlight as part of the schools Merino wether competition. Always one of the most popular fixtures on the show schedule, the competition has again attracted a huge number of entries.

In the dairy section, Jerseys will be judged this morning, with the interbreed ribbons awarded this afternoon.
Other highlights today include the Angora goats, purebred pig sale and grains young judges competition.
